This Refunds Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through ShoutDial. Please read it carefully before purchasing a plan.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to your account through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription purchases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund on an annual plan, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds for annual plans cover only unused complete months remaining in the subscription term — the months already used are not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at billing@shoutdial.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you are disputing
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Usage charges for calls, SMS, or faxes beyond included plan limits
- One-time setup or porting fees
Service Outages
In the event of a significant service outage caused by ShoutDial, we may issue account credits at our discretion. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.
