This Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through ShoutDial, including Cloud PBX subscriptions, WebConnect subscriptions, and AI minute top-off packs.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual Subscriptions
Refund requests for annual plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered:
- Submit your request within 30 days of purchase
- Approved refunds cover only unused complete months remaining in the term
- Months already used (including the month in which you cancel) are not refundable
AI Minute Top-Off Packs
AI minute top-off packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether the minutes have been used. Unused purchased minutes do not expire while your account remains active.
Free Trials
Free trials do not require payment. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, no charges are made. If you subscribe during a trial, standard billing and refund terms apply from the date of subscription.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@shoutdial.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your request
We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What Is Not Refundable
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Overage or usage charges beyond included plan limits
- AI minute top-off packs
- One-time setup, number porting, or regulatory compliance fees
- Charges for periods during which the service was available and functional, even if you chose not to use it
Service Outages and Credits
If ShoutDial experiences a service outage caused by our infrastructure (not third-party providers, carriers, or internet connectivity), we may issue account credits at our discretion. Credits are based on the duration and severity of the outage relative to your monthly fee.
Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash. To request an outage credit, email billing@shoutdial.com within 14 days of the outage.
Note: Service credits are not issued for outages or degradations caused by third-party AI providers, upstream telecommunications carriers, scheduled maintenance, or factors outside our control.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact billing@shoutdial.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
