This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of ShoutDial's cloud communications platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Fraud & Illegal Activity

Spam & Unsolicited Communications

Harassment & Harmful Content

System Abuse

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by others you have permitted to use your account. This responsibility applies regardless of whether the activity was authorized by you. Unauthorized use of your account by a third party does not relieve you of liability for activity conducted through it.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — including abuse originating from our platform — please report it to abuse@shoutdial.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this AUP at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. Serious violations, including fraud, harassment, or illegal activity, will result in immediate termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
